Belarbi Hanan

Global Head of Audience, Data & Tech UMWW 

Hanan is currently the Thrive Global Head of Data and Tech. Prior to this, she drove data and tech integration into IPG's network as Chief Client Officer EMEA at Kinesso. Her career began in Parisian data consultancies, where her skills flourished, leading to roles at WPP and her role of Head of Data Europe at Naked Communications. By 2017, she was at the forefront of global data at R/GA, integrating AI into creative processes and fostering startups focused on data ethics. Recognised as a data innovator, Hanan gives back by mentoring startups, supporting initiatives like Women in Tech, and sharing knowledge through programs like Cannes Lions 42 and Hyper Island. Her industry recognition extends further, having served as a juror for creative data at Cannes Lions (2019), The One Show (2020), and Tech & Digital Innovation at The Wires (2023).

Lisa Beshara is the EVP and Managing Director at OneVue, IPG Mediabrands' dedicated arm servicing Kenvue. With over 20 years of experience, she leads the US agency team, driving innovative and integrated marketing strategies for renowned brands like Neutrogena, Tylenol, Aveeno, and Zyrtec. Lisa's expertise lies in navigating the evolving media landscape and guiding her team through digital disruptions, emerging technologies, and changing consumer behaviors. She has successfully collaborated with the Kenvue Connected Commerce team to optimize the eCommerce media process and establish a cohesive "one-team" structure that leverages collective talent.

Philippe Krakowsky

Chief Executive Officer


Having served in various management roles at the holding company and at its operating units for over 15 years, Philippe was named COO of IPG in 2019, and CEO a year later. As the company’s long-time head of strategy, his decision to embed digital and emerging media capabilities across the holding company’s portfolio, dating back over a decade, has been central to IPG’s multi-year outperformance relative to its key competitors. Philippe was also the architect of IPG’s transformative acquisition of Acxiom, the global first-party data management company, In 2018. Philippe is a client-focused practitioner who, through his range of experience running businesses and corporate functions has built a track record of delivering growth for clients and IPG. While leading talent for the holding company, he also helped implement its multi-agency integrated solutions model and built on its leadership in key areas such as equity and inclusion. Born in Mexico City, Philippe holds an A.B. from Harvard University, and started his career in the software industry, As part of the team that founded an artificial intelligence company in the 1980s, which was subsequently sold to Apple Computer.

Harjot is currently Global Chief Strategy Officer for McCann Worldgroup. He joined McCann in New York in 2011 to lead the General Mills and Nestle business globally


 Marshall Ward 

SVP Europe

Marshall started his professional communications career in Sydney, Australia, working as a media strategist before moving into advertising. Running the Sydney team for international brand consultancy Cowan for four years, Marshall was directly responsible for the strategic and creative direction of the Nestlé Australia business across confectionary, snacks, cereal (CPW), coffee and food divisions. In 2010, he joined UK consultancy Blue Marlin as the Australian Managing Director. In this time, he also established the network’s Singapore office and grew the agencies coverage across the South East Asian region working with, amongst others, Unilever, Mondelez, Nestlé & Sanofi Aventis. In 2013, Marshall moved to London run the UK offices for the group, before joining FutureBrand in February, 2015 to lead the agency’s global Nestlé relationship from Geneva.

Daryl Lee

Daryl Lee is Global CEO of McCann Worldgroup, the global creative network comprised of best-in-class agency brands McCann, MRM, Momentum Worldwide, CRAFT and FutureBrand. He also serves as CEO of McCann, the flagship advertising agency of McCann Worldgroup. Prior to joining Worldgroup, Daryl served as global CEO of IPG Mediabrands, where he set the company on a trajectory of strong growth and inspired a culture of innovation and equity. Throughout his career, Daryl has been a champion of inclusion in media investment, most prominently in the industry’s first “Equity Upfronts,” which Mediabrands introduced in 2020. Prior to IPG Mediabrands, Daryl spent nearly seven years as the global CEO of UM,  where he revolutionized the agency into an award-winning global powerhouse with a roster of iconic and fast-growing clients. Prior to this, Daryl served as Global Chief Strategy Officer and Global Chief Integration Officer at McCann. Daryl began his career as a consultant at McKinsey before starting his advertising career at Ogilvy. Daryl graduated with a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Oxford, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar.

With 20+ years spanning business development, account management, integrated marketing, team leadership and operations, Andrea is a client- and people-first leader, focused on maximizing growth and delivering long-term value for brands. Andrea served as Global President, Thrive, UM’s global business unit created to service Nestlé; was the industry’s first Latina in a worldwide leadership position as CEO, World Markets, IPG Mediabrands, and delivered record-breaking performance as CEO, IPG Mediabrands LATAM.
